📌 Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or other delays, we will notify you by email.
📌 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Cascade™ is not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times.
📌 Domestic Shipping
We currently ship across Lebanon. Standard delivery estimates are typically 2–5 business days depending on your region.
📌 Regional / International Shipping

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
📌 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Cascade™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes).
